개인정보처리방침
beside Co. (비사이드 코퍼레이션)(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모리의 엽서(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 최소한으로 다룹니다.
1. 수집·저장하는 정보
앱의 컬렉션·스트릭·설정, 그리고 기록에 선택적으로 덧붙이는 메모·방문 위치는 이용자 기기에 저장됩니다. 회원 가입이나 계정이 없으며, 이 데이터는 아래 4항의 서포터 클라우드 백업을 켜지 않는 한 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 방문 위치를 기록할지는 전적으로 이용자의 선택입니다.
2. 분석
앱은 개인을 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 서비스 개선을 위해 앱 스토어가 제공하는 집계·비식별 통계(App Store Connect 등)를 이용할 수 있습니다.
3. 결제
서포터 결제는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리되며, 회사는 카드 등 결제 수단 정보를 보관하지 않습니다.
4. 백업·동기화
무료 수동 백업은 이용자가 만든 파일에만 저장됩니다. 서포터 클라우드 백업을 켜면 백업 데이터(컬렉션과 기록의 메모·방문 위치 포함)가 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)로 백업 서버에 저장됩니다. 계정·로그인 없이 기기가 생성한 복구 코드로만 식별되며, 코드를 아는 경우에만 접근할 수 있습니다. 백업 삭제는 언제든지 요청할 수 있습니다(hello@beside-co.com).
5. 공유·판매 안 함
개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 공유하지 않습니다. 앱 내 광고가 없습니다.
6. 이용자 권리
기기에 저장된 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다. 데이터는 언제든지 설정에서 파일로 내보내거나 초기화할 수 있습니다.
7. 아동
본 서비스는 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 연령 정책은 각 스토어 기준을 따릅니다.

이용약관
본 약관은 beside Co. (비사이드 코퍼레이션)(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모리의 엽서(이하 "앱") 이용에 적용됩니다.
1. 이용 허락
본 약관에 동의하면 앱을 개인적·비상업적 용도로 이용할 수 있는 권리가 부여됩니다.
2. 서포터(유료)
서포터는 일회성 결제이며, 구매 복원은 스토어 계정을 통해 제공됩니다. 환불은 Apple의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 콘텐츠(매일 받는 엽서·도감·지도)는 언제나 무료입니다.
3. 콘텐츠
장소 정보는 참고용으로 제공되며 정확성이나 영업 여부를 보증하지 않습니다. 실제 장소는 변경되거나 폐업할 수 있습니다.
4. 금지 행위
역설계, 무단 복제·재배포 등을 금합니다.
5. 보증의 부인·책임 제한
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서 회사의 책임을 제한합니다.
6. 약관 변경
약관이 변경되면 본 페이지에 고지합니다.
7. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 합니다.

Privacy Policy
Postcards from Mori (the "App"), provided by beside Co., handles your personal information minimally.
1. Information we store
The App's collection, streaks and settings — along with any note or visit location you optionally add to a record — are stored on your device. There is no sign-up or account, and this data is not sent to our servers unless you turn on Supporter cloud backup (see section 4). Recording a visit location is entirely optional.
2. Analytics
The App does not collect personally identifiable information. We may use aggregate, non-identifying statistics provided by the app stores (e.g., App Store Connect) to improve the service.
3. Payments
Supporter purchases are processed by the Apple App Store; we do not store payment details such as card numbers.
4. Backup and sync
Free manual backups are saved only to files you create. If you turn on Supporter cloud backup, your backup data — including your collection and the notes and visit locations on your records — is stored on our backup server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). It is identified only by a recovery code generated on your device, with no account or login, and is accessible only to someone who knows that code. You can request deletion of your backup at any time (hello@beside-co.com).
5. No sharing or selling
We do not sell your personal information to third parties or share it for advertising. The App contains no ads.
6. Your rights
Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App. You can export your data to a file or reset it at any time in Settings.
7. Children
This service is not directed to children; age policies follow each store's standards.

Terms of Use
These Terms apply to your use of Postcards from Mori (the "App"), provided by beside Co. (the "Company").
1. License
By agreeing to these Terms, you are granted the right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Supporter (paid)
Supporter is a one-time purchase; purchase restoration is provided through your store account. Refunds follow Apple's refund policy. The content (daily postcards, collection and map) is always free.
3. Content
Place information is provided for reference only; we do not guarantee its accuracy or whether a place is open. Real places may change or close.
4. Prohibited conduct
Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying or redistribution are prohibited.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is," and the Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Changes
We will post any changes to these Terms on this page.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

beside Co.（ビサイドコーポレーション、以下「当社」）が提供するモリの絵はがき（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の個人情報を最小限に取り扱います。
1. 収集・保存する情報
本アプリのコレクション・連続記録・設定、および記録に任意で追加するメモ・訪問場所は、利用者の端末に保存されます。会員登録やアカウントはなく、これらのデータは第4項のサポーター・クラウドバックアップを有効にしない限り、当社サーバーには送信されません。訪問場所を記録するかどうかは、完全に利用者の任意です。
2. 分析
本アプリは個人を特定する情報を収集しません。サービス改善のため、App Store Connect などストアが提供する集計・非識別の統計を利用することがあります。
3. 決済
サポーターの購入は Apple App Store を通じて処理され、当社はカード等の決済情報を保持しません。
4. バックアップ・同期
無料の手動バックアップは、利用者が作成したファイルにのみ保存されます。サポーター・クラウドバックアップを有効にすると、バックアップデータ（コレクション、記録のメモ・訪問場所を含む）が暗号化された接続（HTTPS）でバックアップサーバーに保存されます。アカウントやログインはなく、端末で生成された復元コードによってのみ識別され、そのコードを知っている場合にのみアクセスできます。バックアップの削除はいつでも請求できます（hello@beside-co.com）。
5. 共有・販売しない
個人情報を第三者に販売したり、広告目的で共有したりしません。アプリ内広告はありません。
6. 利用者の権利
端末に保存されたデータはアプリを削除すると消去されます。設定からいつでもファイルに書き出したり初期化したりできます。
7. 子ども
本サービスは子どもを主な対象としておらず、年齢ポリシーは各ストアの基準に従います。

利用規約
本規約は、beside Co.（ビサイドコーポレーション、以下「当社」）が提供するモリの絵はがき（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。

本規約に同意することで、本アプリを個人的・非商業的目的で利用する権利が付与されます。
2. サポーター（有料）
サポーターは一回限りの購入で、購入の復元はストアアカウントを通じて提供されます。返金は Apple の返金ポリシーに従います。コンテンツ（毎日届く絵はがき・図鑑・地図）は常に無料です。
3. コンテンツ
場所の情報は参考として提供され、正確性や営業の有無を保証しません。実際の場所は変更・閉業する場合があります。
4. 禁止行為
リバースエンジニアリング、無断複製・再配布などを禁止します。
5. 免責・責任の制限
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、適用法が認める範囲で当社の責任を制限します。
6. 規約の変更
規約を変更する場合は本ページに掲示します。
7. 準拠法
本規約は大韓民国法を準拠法とします。
